Any Return, Refund or exchange is eligible if it is claimed with in 10 days of Purchase/delivery via call or email and it meets the criteria and conditions.

Return will not accepted in the following cases

The product is damaged, stained, defective or incomplete.
The product delivered does not match the product ordered.
The product is unwashed and not used in any way.
The product is in its original and undamaged packing (careful opened package will not be considered damaged).
The product received does not match the size ordered.
Softball airtight cans will not be returned, if opened.
The minimum time for processing return or exchange is 07 working days or more.
In case of REFUND shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
